Terms & Conditions of Energy Referral Program

1.Referrals MUST be new customers to an Enigin partner. If the person or company recommended is already registered as a client or has been previously referred to an Enigin partner this incentive will not apply.

2.The referral fee will be payable to referrer by within 90 days of the referred company paying the full amount of an EnergyMaps Contract.

3.All referral fees are issued by Enigin partners in their preferred method.

4.This program cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

5.This incentive applies to the initial contract undertaken by the referred client only and does not apply to any future projects undertaken by Enigin partners for the referred client. A single, one-time payment of $350 per recommended company will be paid to the referring party.

6.No cash alternative will be offered for the incentive, and the incentive will not be transferable. All incentives must be accepted as offered.

7.Referrers will be responsible for any dealings with the relevant authorities regarding their referral fees / payments and tax due, if any.

8.Initial referrals must be made via www.EnergySavingPeople.com.

9.Enigin plc and its partners reserve the right to amend or vary the terms and conditions of this program (including the incentive), or withdraw it at any time without notice. In the case of dispute, the decision by Enigin plc is in all cases final.
